'r 36V RESOLUTION N101-1 2140 t A RESOLUTION ORDERING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE FIRST SATURDAY IN APRIL, 1982, SAME BEING THE 3RD DAY OF APRIL, 1982, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 O'CLOCK A, M. AND 7:00 O'CLOCK P. M., BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF WARDS 1, 21 3 AND 6 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTING THE COUNCILMEN FROM EACH OF SAID WARDS TO SERVE AS MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE ENSUING TWO YEARS, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That an election be held by the qualified voters of Wards 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, on the first Saturday in April, 1982, same being the 3rd day of April, 1982, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P, M., for the purpose of electing four (4) members of the City Council of the City of Paris, as follows: One Councilman From Ward One (1) One Councilman From Ward Two (2) One Councilman From Ward Three (3) One Councilman From Ward Six (6) as provided in Paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Order entered March 15, 1976, in Civil Action No. P- 75 -3 -CA, In the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Texas, Paris Division, and as provided in the Charter of the City of Paris and the laws of the State of Texas wherein they do 1 not conflict with said Order. _ Section 2. That the polling places and election officials of such election shall be as follows: Ward One (1): Polling Place; T. G.
