NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection <br />Committee, composed of the Director of Public Works, the <br />Chief of the Fire Department, and the Director of Community <br />Development, proceed to call a hearing to notify the owners, <br />and, if any, occupants of the property, and to notify such <br />owners whose residences are not known by publishing the same <br />in the newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing to <br />report their findings to the City Council in accordance with <br />Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of June, 1982. <br />Joe Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
