l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2184 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council' of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 2133, authorize the leasing <br />for oil, gas and minerals, the Cox Field property consisting <br />of 1542.97 acres; and, <br />WHEREAS, such lease did erronously state the date of <br />the passage, of said Resolution No. 2133 and the amendment <br />attached hereto as "Exhibit A ", corrects that date to <br />properly read, "14th day. of December, 1981" and such <br />amendment should be authorized; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, <br />be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />on behalf of the City of Paris, the Amendment of Oil and <br />Gas and Mineral Lease between the City of Paris and <br />Sohio Petroleum Company in the form attached hereto as <br />"Exhibit A <br />Passed and adopted this 21st day of June, 1982. <br />J e Gra am, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />s <br />H.
