Mayor Graham requested the City Council to consider awarding bid on <br />Employee Hospitalization Insurance. City Manager Sokoll and Director <br />of Finance Greene presented bids from four Companies including bids <br />from Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance Company and the Texas Municipal <br />League represented by the Prudential Insurance Company. City Manager <br />Sokoll recommended the Blue Cross /Blue Shield Company be awarded the <br />bid for the year beginning July 1, 1982. A motion was made by Council- <br />man McGee, seconded by Councilman Wilson approving the recommendation <br />of the City Manager. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for a report from the Drainage Committee, and <br />Chairman Wilson presented a report titled "Drainage Committee <br />Priority and Estimate Report" as follows: <br />Buttermilk Creek <br />19th & Henderson <br />9th & Henderson <br />22nd N. E. & Hillcrest <br />Fitzhugh at Hickory <br />Fitzhugh bridge South <br />Brame & 7th S. W. <br />17th S. E. to railroad <br />7th N. 1.1. Henderson to Campbell <br />Old Bonham Road <br />Clearing Big Sandy <br />Hand Clearing & Equipment <br />4th & Sherman <br />7th N. W. - 8th N. W. & Campbell <br />24th S. Fitzhugh @ Hickory <br />After discussion, a motion was made to adopt the drainage priority <br />list with authority of the Engineering Department to proceed with <br />the Engineering Priority, securing right of way and easements, and <br />proceeding on projects not requiring Engineering.
