RESOLUTION NO.* 2185 <br />WHEREAS, Texas Power & Light Company did, on <br />February 12, 1982, file a schedule of rates for electric <br />service within the City of Paris; and, thereafter the <br />Texas Municipal League Cities, other intervenors and <br />Texas Power & Light Company reached a compromise agree- <br />ment which was approved by the Public Utility Commission <br />of Texas, and in accordance with such agreement Texas <br />Power & Light Company did file on the 29th day of June, <br />1982, its Tarriffs and Service Regulations under which <br />electric service will be provided within the City of <br />Paris commencing on July 1, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, That the Tarriffs and Service Regulations <br />of Texas Power & Light Company filed on the 29th day <br />of June, 1982, be, and the same is hereby approved. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1982. <br />0 11 "� Zvi, <br />Jo Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
