After further discussion, a motion was made by Councilman McWaters, <br />seconded by Councilman Wilson to call for estimates on the laying of <br />the Sewer Project Pipe. Mayor Graham called for the vote which showed <br />3 ayes, 3 nays, Councilman Williams, Councilman Fisher, and Councilman <br />Francis voting nay. <br />Further discussion was had, after which a motion was made by Council - <br />man Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters to table the matter until <br />the regular Council meeting on Monday, July 12th. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Sokoll' presented plans and specifications for the Buttermilk <br />Creek Drainage Project and presented the Buttermilk Creek Phase <br />breakdown as follows: <br />Phase I: Boxes on Collegiate & Clark Lane. <br />Phase II: Retaining wall between the two boxes on Collegiate I <br />Clark Lane. <br />Phase III: South Half of ditch from Clark Lane to Simpson. <br />Phase IV: North Half of ditch from Clark Lane to Simpson. <br />Phase V: Box at Simpson & ditch 200 ft north. <br />The City Manager requested authorization to advertise for bids for Phase <br />I & II as shown in the breakdown. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Fisher, seconded b" Councilman Wilson approving the request of the <br />City Manager. The!imotion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />H. C.
