RESOLUTION NO. 2206 WHEREAS, Article 4436a -1 of Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar shall consist of seven (7) members who are resident citizens of Lamar Coutny who have resided within the County for a period of more than three (3) years next preceding the time of their appointments; and, WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar due to resignation of Dr. William Hayden, and it is necessary to appoint his successor; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, has recommended the appointment of Dr. Rick Casey, to serve the unexpired term of Dr. William Hayden, which ends December 31, 1982, and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the appointment of Dr. Rick Casey, as a member of the Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar, to serve the unexpired term of Dr. William Hayden, which ends December 31, 1982, be,l,and the same is'hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris. Brady Fisher, County Judge Lamar County, Texas Resolution No. 2207 authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Landlord's Subordination Agreement in favor of the Liberty National Bank in Paris, Texas was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McWaters, seconded by Councilman Williams for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
