g # <br />City Manager Sokoll recommended to the Council that bids previously authorized <br />on Underwater Rescue Equipment for the Fire Department be postoned until the <br />1982 -83 budget year due to extraordinary maintenance expense on three Fire <br />Department pieces of equipment. A motion was made by Councilman Graham, seconded <br />by Councilman Williams approving the recommendation of the City Manager. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a report on delinquent tax suites recently filed <br />by the City. <br />Mayor Burnett advised that the City Council would go into executive session and <br />the regular session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />City Attorney Haynes discussed legal matters with the City Council. <br />The executive session was declared closed, and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />ILLY J.
