41 <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 27, 1982 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in Special Session, Wednesday, October, <br />27, 1982, 5:15 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to order with the following <br />Councilmen present: W. C. Francis, Donald G. Wilson, George Fisher, Jr., Larry <br />McGee, Gene McWaters, Jr., and Walter F. Williams. Also present were Acting <br />City Manager, H. C. Greene, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and Acting City Clerk, <br />Joe N. McCollum. <br />Mayor Graham announced the first item would be report and recommendations from <br />the Water and Sewer Committee concerning the Pine Creek Sewer Crossing. Council- <br />man Francis gave the report and stated their recommendation was to go ahead with <br />the proposed slip linning of the existing sewer line. <br />Acting City Manager Greene presented the change order necessary to accomplish <br />the slip linning. The Council accepted the change order with the changing of <br />the wording on the order referring to unforeseen difficulties. <br />i <br />Resolution No. 2213 approving the change order for the Pine Creek crossing <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman <br />McGee for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />,.ti <br />
