RESOLUTION NO. 2214 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore <br />authorize in Resolution No. 2132 passed on the 14th day of December, <br />1981, the conveyance of 5.83 acres, more or less to PRODUCER'S <br />LIVESTOCK EXCHANGE, INC. with the City of Paris reserving unto <br />itself all minerals, a utility easement, and a drainage easement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the deed conveying said property failed to reserve the <br />mineral interest and was recorded without a valid acknowledgement <br />being executed; and, therefore, said Warranty Deed should be cor- <br />rected by using the form designated Corrected Warranty Deed attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, and is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of <br />Paris the Corrected Warranty Deed in the form of Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto to PRODUCER'S LIVESTOCK EXCHANGE, INC. <br />Passed and adopted this 27th day of October, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />�, P&, U%_, <br />Joe Q McCollum, Acting City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T.
