Mayor Graham called for discussion concerning filters at the Water Treatment Plant <br />and Acting City Manager Greene presented information on the filter media and <br />condition of the filter beds. He said opinions had been stated on both repair and <br />replacement of the deteriorated filter beds and ask Council direction as to whether <br />or not to seek a third opinion on the matter. <br />Following discussion, Mayor Graham suggested seeking another opinion from someone <br />will experienced on the subject. A motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded <br />by Councilman Francis to authorize Mr. Greene to seek another opinion from a <br />qualified consultant.
