RESOLUTION NO. 2217 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 2167, establish the necessity <br />for the City Engineer to procure services of professional <br />engineering from CRS Group Engineers, Inc. and authorize <br />execution of contract and Supplement No. 1 with said CRS <br />Group Engineers, Inc.;'and, <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the <br />City of Paris that the scope of said contract be expanded as <br />stated in Supplement No. 2 attached hereto as Exhibit A; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on <br />behalf of the City Council of the City of Paris, the <br />Supplement No. 2 to professional services contract in the <br />form attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Passed and adopted this 2nd day of December, 1982. <br />0t4jj&j'jz)A ) <br />i e Graham, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />�� M, LLL-- <br />Joe McCo um, Acting City Clerk <br />APPROVVAS FORM: <br />T.
