Resolution No. 2219 authorizing the utility easement from Gene <br />Roden's Sons for installation of a Severe Weather Alarm Siren was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by <br />Councilman Wilson for approval of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />2219 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled Civil Defense <br />Siren Warning System in accordance with plans and specifica- <br />tions prepared by L. J. Davis, Engineer; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement description necessary for the <br />completion of said construction project are shown on Exhibit <br />A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de- <br />scribed utility easements are necessary for said con- <br />struction project and that the same should be condemned; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City Attorney, T. K.
