r-� <br />Mayor Burnett announced that he would consider a motion to bring from the <br />table the matter of awarding a bid on the purchase of a tractor for the <br />Street Department. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by <br />Councilman McGee to bring from the table the matter of awarding a bid on <br />the purchase of a tractor for the Street Department. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Graham, seconded by <br />Councilman Williams to award the bid to the Case Power & Equipment. Company <br />in the amount of $7,885.56. 'the motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays, Councilman <br />Kohls abstaining. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a petition for re- zoning from Lloyd Innerarity <br />on Lot 2, City Block 126, from Multi- Family One Dwelling District to Office <br />District. <br />Mayor Burnett referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />their study and recommendation and called for a public hearing at the next regular <br />Council meeting. <br />Mr. Jimmy Manner appeared before the Council and discussed the $5,000.00 performance <br />bond for contractors. <br />Resolution No. 2161 establishing an Fhergency Disaster Fund and authorizing the <br />Director of Finance of the City of Paris to receive and disburse funds from that <br />fund was presented A motion was made by Councilman Kohls, seconded by Councilman <br />Graham for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />I. <br />
