L. 1. <br />s/ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1936 . <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of <br />the City of Paris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the appoint- <br />ment of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to <br />be confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris; said Band <br />Commission"to be composed of three (3) members; and, <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Edmond Castleberry, <br />Mrs. Frank Fuller and ' Mrs. Herbert Turner, as members of <br />said Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1979; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of 'Paris, Michael E. Malone, <br />has re- appointed Edmond Castleberry, Mrs. Frank Fuller and Mrs. <br />Herbert Turner, to serve as members of said Band Commission for <br />a term of one (1) year, beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, <br />1980; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re-- appointments of Edmond Castleberry, Mrs. <br />Frank Fuller and Mrs. Herbert Turner, made by the Mayor of the <br />City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and the same are hereby <br />approved and confirmed by the City Council of. the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of June, - 1979. <br />Michael E. Williams, Jr. <br />to the board of adjustment for a period of two years beginning July 1, 1979. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman <br />Williams for adoption of the Resolution. Motion carried 6, ayes, 0 nays. <br />
