5G9 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1938 . <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. I. McClanahan, James R. <br />Moore and Nadine Ausbie on the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Housing Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1979; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies which will be <br />created by the expiration of their terms; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the <br />Mayor, Michael E. Malone, that F. I. McClanahan, James R. Moore <br />and Nadine Ausbie be re- appointed to the Board of Commissioners <br />of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) <br />years, beginning June 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1981; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That F. 1. McClanahan, James. R. Moore and :Nad.ine Ausbie, <br />be, and they are hereby re- appointed as members of the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a <br />term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1981. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of June, 1979. <br />r Michael E.
