c _c <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1939 . <br />WHEREAS, the terms of office of Lucy Terpening, Clark Estes, <br />Jr. and Lee C. Pruitt, as members of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1979, and it <br />is necessary to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, Michael E. Malone, having re- appointed Lucy Terpening, <br />Clark Estes, Jr. and Lee C. Pruitt, to serve on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) <br />years, beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1982, and has sub- <br />mitted the names of such persons to the City Council of the City of <br />Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the re- appointment. of Lucy Terpening, Clark Estes, Jr. <br />and Lee C. Pruitt, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, <br />beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1982, is by the City <br />Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of June, 1979. <br />Michael E.
