515 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2452 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 12 -1 <br />OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE COMPOSITION-OF THE PARIS FIRE DEPARTMENT; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br />PROVIDING FOR AN.EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1979. <br />was presented.. A motion was made by councilman Burnett seconded by Council- <br />man Williams for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
