Mr. Hutchison stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended General Retail rather than Commercial which Was satifactory to his client. Mr. Joe McCollum, director of Community Development presented a repiat of Lot 1, City Block 100 -B, and stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval with the waiving of curb and gutter. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Farris to approve the repiat and waive the curb and gutter as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. A repiat of Lots 9 and 10, Block D, North Park Estates Phase 2 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Farris, seconded by Councilman Burnett to approve the replat. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. I
