RESOLUTION NO,' 1950 <br />53;' <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris desires to -.- continue the - <br />development of a project concerned with infiltration /inflow <br />analysis, studies, surveys and evaluations; environmental <br />assessments and evaluations; project coordination; and project <br />development within the guidelines of the Texas Water Quality <br />Board and the Environmental Protection Agency; and,_. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did by <br />Resolution No. 1376 passed on the 8th day of June, 1970, <br />commission Hayter Engineering to conduct an engineering study <br />for the enlargement of the.City of Paris Sanitary Sewage Treat- <br />ment Plant and related-,plauning; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris, did thereafter on the 13th <br />day of August, 1970; enter into an agreement with Hayter <br />Engineering to provide.such services; and, <br />WHEREAS, an Addendum No. _l was authorized to said contract <br />by Resolution No. 1676 passed on the 24th day of March, 1975; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, due to a changing in the requirements for the <br />above described project,'additional engineering services must <br />be procured as the same are described in Addendum No. 2 attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of <br />the City of Paris, Addendum No. 2 to Agreement for Engineering <br />Services heretofore entered into by the City of Paris with <br />Hayter Engineering dated August 13, 1970, in the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of July,-1979. <br />. i r Miael -E.
