Maxtor Malone read the following recommendation of the Airport Advisory Adard: <br />"That all rents are payable in advance.on the first of each month and shall <br />be considered past due if riot paid by the tenth of any given month, with a <br />10% penalty 'to be applied and col- lected..if rent is not paid by the.10th.of, <br />the month, a6d with eviction proceedings to commence at a time to be determined <br />by the City Attorney." <br />A motion was made by Councilman Williams,- seconded by Counc -ilman Burnett for <br />approval ofthe recommendations made by the Airport Advisory Boardt the <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nags: <br />Mr4 bob Harter again appeared- before the Council stating that requirements <br />for Engineering services concerning the Infiltration %Inflow Study had been <br />changed within the guide lines of the Texas Water Quality Board and the <br />Environmental Protection Agency, and requested that the agreement for engineer- <br />ing services be changed with the City of Paris and Hayter Engineering to conform <br />with the new requirements. <br />Resolution No. 1950 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute on be half <br />of the City of Paris Addendum No. 2 to Agreement for Engineering Services <br />heretofore entered into by the City of Paris with Hayter Engineering dated <br />August 13, 1970 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Farris, <br />seconded by Councilman Kyle for approval of the Resolution. the motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
