I Lease No. DOT- FA77SIV -1259 SFO /EFAS Cox Field Paris, Texas 9. RENEWAL OPTION: This lease may, at the option of the Government, be -renewed from year to year at an annual rental of Eight Hundred Twenty -Eight and No /100 Dollars ($828.00) payable at the rate of Two Hundred Seven and No /100 Dollars ($207.00) per Government fiscal quarter in arrears and otherwise upon the terms and conditions herein specified. The Govern - ment's option shall be deemed exercised and the lease renewed each year for one year unless the Government gives thrity (30) days' notice that it will not exercise its option before this lease or any renewal thereof expires; PROVIDED, That no renewal thereof shall, extend the period of occupancy of the premises beyond the thirtieth (30th) day of September, 1987; AND PROVIDED FURTHER, That adequate appropriations are available from year to year for the payment of rentals. 10. CANCELLATION: The Government shall have the right and privilege to cancel.this lease at any time during the term of this lease or during the term of any renewal thereof upon giving the Lessor thirty (30) days' notice in writing, such notice to be computed from the date of the postmark on the envelope in which said cancellation notice is mailed, and no rentals shall accrue after that date; EXCEPT, That portion of the lease pertaining to electric service. Electric power is calculated in this lease at $25.00 per month or $300.00 per year to include the operational power for the installation, which may be renegotiated by either party upon thirty (30) days' notice as defined above, and the monetary con-. sideration of this lease adjusted therefor. 11. ANTENNA PLATFORM: The Lessor grants the Government the.right to construct and maintain an antenna platform approximately 3 feet by 10 feet on the roof of the Hangar Building. The Government shall furnish the Lessor specifications for antenna platform for approval prior to construction. 12. SECURITY LOCK: The Lessor grants the Government the right to replace the existing door lock with a security lock.
