Lease No. DOT- PA77SW -1259 <br />SFO /EFAS <br />Cox Field <br />Paris, Texas <br />13. CABLE PENETRATION: <br />The Lessor grants the Government the right to make a penetration, <br />approximately 4 inches in diameter through the outside wall for <br />installation of coaxial cables and a penetration through the interior <br />wall for telephone cables. <br />14. ACCESS AND VEHICLE PARKING: <br />The Lessor shall provide, free of charge, access and parking <br />space for employees*of the facility. <br />15. NON - RESTORATION: <br />The Lessor and the Government hereby agree that upon termination <br />of the Government's occupancy of the leased premises there will be <br />no obligation on the part of the Government to restore or rehabilitate <br />the property of the Lessor. Notice of abandonment of any of the Govern- <br />ment's property shall be in writing to the Lessor by the Contracting <br />Officer. <br />16. INTERFERENCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S OPERATIONS: <br />The Lessor agrees that in the event any of the Lessor's operations <br />or facilities located on the demised premises causes interference with <br />the Government's operations conducted on the leased premises, the Lessor <br />shall, upon being notified by the Contracting Officer, make every <br />reasonable effort to eliminate the cause of such interference. <br />17. CONVICT LABOR: <br />In connection with performance of work under or associated with <br />this lease the Lessor agrees not to employ any person undergoing <br />sentence of imprisonment except as provided by Public Law 89 -176, <br />September 10, 1965, (18U.S.C. 4032(a)(2) and Executive Order 11755, <br />December 29, 1973.) <br />18. CONFLICT: <br />To the extent any of the inconsistency between the provisions of <br />this - lease, and any schedule, attachment, rider or exhibit incorporated, <br />in the lease by reference or otherwise, or any of the Lessor's rules <br />and regulations, the provisions and conditions of this lease shall <br />control. <br />
