<br />Resolution No. 1798, appointing J. R. Hutchison, M. D. Misso, Opal Nahas, Ruth Per-
<br />kins, Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith, and Homer Thornton, Jr. as members of the Board
<br />of Directors of the Paris Hospital Authority, to serve from April 1; 1977 through
<br />March 31, 1979, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hinds and seconded
<br />by Councilman Fisher for the adoption of the resolution. The motion carried: 7
<br />ayes, 0 nays.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1798 .
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
<br />Ordinance No. 2320 establish the Paris Hospital Authority, to be
<br />governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members,
<br />whose terms are for two (2) years; and,
<br />WHEREAS, it is proper to appoint the following persons,
<br />recommended by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to serve' as such
<br />Directors: J. R. Hutchison, M. D. Misso, Opal Nahas, Ruth Perkins,
<br />Ralph Rodgers, Leland Smith and Homer Thornton, Jr. ; NOW,
