To receive Attorney advice regarding legal issues related to a contract with Housing <br />Associates, Inc. and Eastgate Subdivision. <br />Mayor Freelen reconvened Council into open session at 10:11 p.m. <br />A Motion to authorize the City Attorney to pursue litigation against Housing Associates and <br />Dan Algier, individually, was made by Council Member Biard and seconded by Council Member <br />Kear. Motion carried, 7 ayes - 0 nays. <br />21. Consider and approve future events for City Council and /or City Staffpursuant to Resolution <br />No. 2004 -081. <br />None were referenced. <br />22. Deliberate on possible future agenda items. <br />Council Member Pickle asked for an item to deliberate on alternative methods of demolition <br />and disposition of Casa Bonita Apartments. <br />Council Member Biard asked for an item to deliberate on the property located at the Casa <br />Bonita Apartment complex not owned by the City of Paris. <br />23. Adjournment. <br />There being no f ntherbusiness, a Motion to adjourn was made by Council Member McCarthy <br />and seconded by Council Member Biard. Motion carried, 7 ayes - 0 nays.
