The brother in law lives next door and Robert tried to <br />make contract but he went in the house and there were dogs on the property. If we <br />have the structure demolished the dogs will be removed for safety purposes and <br />then returned. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Sally McEwin, seconded by Chad Lindsey to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. The structure has <br />damaged eaves, power line hanging, missing siding, foundation damage, limbs <br />have fallen on the roof, brush in the yard and deterioration of wood.
