No contact with owner. <br />No Back Taxes Owed <br />Robert Talley stated that the roof line and foundation have deterioration and <br />rotting, unsecure, missing windows, sinking into ground, inside the bricks are <br />separating, holes in the ceiling, hole in roof, shed deteriorating and rotting about <br />to fall over. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Chad Lindsey to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />I. 374 NE 28`b, Springlake Addition, Block 4, Lot PT of 8 and all of 9 <br />Owner: Jordan Cunningham 5073 SE Loop 286 Paris, TX 75460 <br />Back taxes owed: $3249.29 <br />Robert Talley spoke to Jordan and his father Stacy. They want 90 days to repair <br />the structure. <br />Robert Talley stated that there are holes in the roof, broken windows; porch is <br />missing flooring, roof covering peeling, and foundation damage. The property <br />wasn't turned in by neighbors but was a drive by. Discussion of minimum <br />standard required repairing and Robert Talley explained that it's case by case and <br />that each property has to pass inspection by the City to have utilities restored but <br />there is not written criteria. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair if not the property will <br />be brought back to the Building and Standard Commission. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Ben Vaughan to allow <br />Jordan Cunningham 90 days to repair the property structure with 10 days to <br />secure the property.
