Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />K. 635 NW 7th, Martin Block Addition, Block A, Lot 1 Thru 20 <br />Owner: Property Partners I LLC A Nevada Limited Liab Comp 4400 Westgrove <br />Dr. Suite #110 Addison, TX 75001 <br />Back taxes owed: $ 34439.80 <br />Robert Talley stated he talked to lawyer and he stated that the owner died and the <br />wife has fled the country due to tax evasion charges. The SCC is investigating. <br />Chad Lindsey asked for a little history on the structure and Robert Talley stated <br />that the property has had 3 -4 owners in the last 5 years. Three banks and at least <br />two LLC's have owned the property. The last owner had finished the first phase <br />of the project then the Federal Government shut it done for tax evasion. The <br />Building and Standard Commission's past orders on the property were to secure <br />the property. There is no structural damage at this time. The City will end up <br />securing the property. The Commission discussed the cost of demolition of the <br />property in the future. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 10 days to secure the property. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Chad Lindsey to accept <br />Robert Talley recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />4. Code Enforcement Update <br />Six structures were demolished in January 2015. <br />Seven structures were condemned in January 2015. <br />The full report of Demolition is attached. The commission discussed priority of <br />properties. <br />5. Future agenda items. <br />No discussion. <br />6.
