Call meeting to order Jill Drake 4:18 pm <br />2. Role taken. Quorum established. <br />3. Citizens Forum: none noted. <br />4. Approval of minutes of January 13, 2015. Motion was made Nancy Waldrum seconded by Missy Starnes <br />motion carried. <br />5. Coordinator report: Cheri Bedford: Returned from a Main Street Meeting in Nacogdoches, Texas. Main <br />Street Paris received a National Recognition Award for 2014 one of 60 Towns to receive this award. <br />a. Organization - No Report <br />b. Promotions Wine Fest to meet tonight after this meeting, Date has been set for April 11, 2015. <br />c. ER: No report. <br />d. HPC: Spangler's has been approved for proposed upgrading. Loft approved for new window at 123 <br />Clarksville. Code improvements approved. Grant of $500.00 given ?? <br />e. Chamber -There are interviews going on for new Chamber President. There are 3 Square Dance Groups <br />coming to Paris now -- one this next weekend. Solo Film Crew last month was very impressed with the <br />friendly, welcoming people in Paris. <br />6. Future agenda items: Strategic Planning Workshop <br />7.
