Convene into Executive Session: a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. b) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Deliberate duties of Interim Executive Director. c) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect. 15. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session. 16. Adj ourn.
