Napier stated we can create a completely new use to the zoning chart instead of adding it to <br />the Custom Personal Service Shops. Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by <br />John Lee to allow tattoo and body piercing shops by right in Commercial (C), Light <br />Industrial (LI) and Heavy Industrial (HI) Zoning Districts and with a specific use permit in <br />General Retail (GR), Central Area (CA) and Planned Development (PD) Zoning Districts. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />8.
