Vulnerability Assessment Assistance Brazos River Authority FNI assisted the Brazos River Authority (BRA) in preparing primary components of the water system VA utilizing a workshop format and field site characterization data. Utilizing the RAM -W methodology, FNI assisted the BRA in determining the risk to each facility by evaluating the system's effectiveness against each adversary. The workshop also included a session presenting available security system technologies. . PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE The following projects represent reliability assessments FNI was asked to perform in advance of the Bioterriorism Act: Water Treatment Plant Facility Plan- Reliability Assessment City of Fort Worth FNI evaluated the reliability of the Rolling Hills Water Treatment T�jO TH Plant as well as the overall distribution system and FO R ►1 recommended improvements. The assessment identified �= vulnerable system components. Failures of system components were analyzed for the impact on the City's ability to deliver and distribute treated water throughout the system. The capacity and reliability of the raw water system based on projected and recommended raw water system improvements was evaluated. East Side Water Treatment Plant- Vulnerability Assessment City of Dallas The assessment identified vulnerable system components. Vulnerability Assessment and Security Inspections AEP Power Plant Dams 59 PLAL,-- Sabine River Authority, Texas „ FNI was hired by the Sabine River Authority to conduct security inspections at Lake Fork and Iron Bridge Dams. The inspections consisted of a review of the project plans, a site visit, and a letter report of observations, conclusions and recommendations. The reports identified the portions of the facilities that were most vulnerable to attack by terrorists and recommended methods and procedures to mitigate these vulnerabilities.
