He has extensive experience involving the design and rehabilitation of water <br />and wastewater pumping facilities (up to 560 MGD capacity) and major water <br />transmission lines (up to 96 inches in diameter). Mr. Haster's experience also <br />includes water distribution and wastewater collection system studies including, <br />HYDRA, EPANET, H2ONET, CYBERNET, and KYPIPE modeling programs, impact fee <br />analyses and hydraulic surge analyses. <br />Project Experience: <br />Domestic Water System Improvements - Texas A &M University - Project <br />engineer for design improvements. The project included adding a 3 million gallon <br />ground storage tank, pipeline extensions, various cross - connections and valve <br />improvements, joint bonding,and cathodic protection to pipelines and various <br />instrumentation and electrical improvements. <br />Pump Station Rehabilitation - City of Brenham, Texas - Design engineer for raw <br />water pump station rehabilitation. Initial capacity 4.3 MGD, expanded capacity to <br />9.4 MGD. Pump station included the design of a 750 KW stand -by diesel generator. <br />Pump Station - North Texas Municipal Water District - Project engineer for Raw <br />Water Pump Station #3. Project included 1 -70 MGD pump and 2 -35 MGD pumps <br />for a total initial capacity of 140 MGD. Pump station has been designed for a total <br />ultimate capacity of 560 MGD. <br />Cooper Lake Raw Water Pump Station - North Texas Municipal Water District - <br />Project engineer for the Cooper Lake Raw Water Pump Station. Initial capacity 110 <br />MGD, ultimate capacity 220 MGD the Wastewater Interceptors Project with <br />approximately 30,000 feet of 10 -inch to 18 -inch wastewater interceptors. <br />Eastside Water System Improvements - El Paso Water Utilities - Design <br />engineer for the Eastside Water System Improvements- Airport System Project. <br />Approximately 53,000 linear feet of 48 -, 36 -, 24- and 12 -inch diameter pipelines. <br />Water Distribution System Study - City of Fort Worth, Texas - Project manager <br />for water distribution system study .for Northside II, Southside II, Westside II, III, IV <br />and Holly Pressure Planes serving approximately 550,000 people. <br />Plano- McKinney Treated Water Transmission System North Texas Municipal <br />Water District - Project engineer for the Plano- McKinney Treated Water Transmission <br />System with approximately 26,000 linear feet of 96 -inch diameter pipeline, 46,000 <br />linear feet of 84 -inch diameter. pipeline, 24,000 linear feet of 72 -inch diameter <br />pipeline and 6,000 linear feet of 42 -inch diameter pipeline. <br />Water System Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan <br />
