Resolution 2004 -033, awarding the bid for the purchase of flexible base material (White Rock)for use in the Street Division of Public Works, was presented. The lowest bidder was Martin Marietta Materials, who bid $8.10 per ton. Resolution 2004 -034, awarding the bid for the purchase of Portland Cement Concrete for use in the various divisions of the Public Works Department, was presented. Lowest bidder was Coston and Son Ready Mix, who bid $70.00 cubic yard for "Class A" (5 sack) and $73.50 for "Class C" (6 sack). Resolution 2004 -035, awarding the bid for the purchase of CRS -2 Emulsion Asphalt for use in the Street Division of the Public- Works Department, was presented. Lowest bidder was Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions with a bid of $3947 per gallon. Resolution 2004 -036, awarding the bid for the purchase of Flexible Base Material (Red Rock) for use in the Street Division of Public Works, was presented. Lowest bid was from Jackie Wheeler Construction at $8.25 per ton.
