54 <br />Preservation Commission discussed the possibility of having a public hearing <br />with the Historic Preservation Commission, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, and the City Council, for informational purposes, not only for these <br />groups but also for the public. Mayor Fendley said it would be good to schedule <br />a public meeting to get the information out to the people. Mayor Fendley <br />suggested that a public meeting be scheduled sometime within the next 30 -45 <br />days. <br />Resolution 2004 -021, ordering the regular municipal election for the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, to be held on the third Saturday in May, same being the 15' <br />day of May, 2004, between the hours of 7:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m., by the qualified <br />voters of Districts 1, 2, 3, and 6 of the City of Paris, with Early Voting for the <br />same being conducted in the City Hall Annex West from the 28' day of April, <br />2004, through the 11th day of May 2004, Monday through Friday, between the <br />hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., for the purpose of electing the Council Members from <br />each of said Districts to serve as members of the City Council for the ensuing <br />two years, was presented. <br />Councilman Bell made a motion to approve the resolution. The motion was <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem McCarthy and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
