City Manager Malone advised that
there was about 12 million gallons of water production lost, which would equate
to approximately $22,000.00. He said the Water Treatment Plant experienced
about 98 hours of overtime. The industries were asked to shut down by 12:00
noon on December 26' or not to start up and most of the industries delayed their
start up until December 27`h.
