E. Loop 286, appeared before the City Council representing Mr. <br />Patterson requesting the zoning change. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Pfiester declared the Public Hearing open to provide for citizen input, <br />comments, and ideas for the potential uses of the old U. S. Post Office Building <br />in Paris, Texas. <br />
