Resolution No. 2001 -008, granting a petition for annexation of certain territory consisting of 14.563 (called 15.231) acres, more or less known as the Hills No. 1 as shown on the Final Plat of said subdivision filed with the County Clerk of Lamar County on January 18, 2001, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Plata, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem. Manning, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
