A motion was made by Councilman Clifford to allow Mayor Neeley to .return to the <br />council meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Fisher, and carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nay. Mayor Neeley entered the council chambers and assumed his seat at <br />the council table. <br />Resolution No. 99 -019, appointing Sarah Gambill to serve the unexpired term of Keitt <br />Wood, which ends June 30, 2000, as a member of the Library Advisory Board of the <br />City of Paris was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Fisher, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Thomas, for approval of the resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
