483 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-019 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Library Advisory Board of <br />the City of Paris due to the resignation of Keitt Wood, and it is necessary to appoint her successor; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, does hereby recommend <br />the appointment of Sarah Gambill to serve the unexpired term of Keitt Wood, which ends June 30, <br />2000; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Sarah <br />Gambill be, and she is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Keitt Wood, which ends <br />June 30, 2000, as a member of the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />J <br />Scott P. M. AND 7:00 O'CLOCK P.M., BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF <br />DISTRICTS 4, 5, AND 7 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, WITH EARLY <br />VOTING FOR THE SAME BEING CONDUCTED IN THE CITY HALL ANNEX WEST <br />FROM THE 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 1999, THROUGH THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1999, <br />MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 O'CLOCK A.
