397 <br />City Attorney Foster presented the following petitions for rezoning: Janice or Benny <br />Wherley, Lot 6, City Block 143, from Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1 to <br />Multiple Family Dwelling District No.1 with Specific Use Permit (25), Nursery and <br />Daycare; Max Mabry, part of Lot 10, City Block 188 -E from Agricultural District to <br />Commercial District; Sam and or Ron Griffin, Lot 1, City Block 157 -B from 'One- <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2 to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 with Specific <br />Use Permit (25), Nursery School /Daycare; <br />Doris Rhea, Lot 20, Block 2, Sperry's Third Addition from One - Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2 to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 with Specific use Permit (39), <br />Mobile Home. <br />Mayor Neeley referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their <br />study and recommendation and called for a public hearing to be held before the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission on March 1, 1999, and before the City Council on <br />March 4, 1999. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />CHARLES H.
