<br />} KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />COUNTY OF LAMAR }
<br />That the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the County of
<br />Lamar, State of Texas, acting by and through its, Mayor, duly authorized, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />to it in band paid by PATT SWAIM and wife, SYDNEY SWAIM the receipt and sufficiency of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged; has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does
<br />Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said PATT SWAIM and wife, SYDNEY SWAIM of the County
<br />of Lamar, State of Texas, whose mailing address is 305 North Main, Paris, Texas 75460 all that
<br />certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows:
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County
<br />of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Redding Russell Survey No. 786,
<br />and being part of Lot 2, City Block 322, described in deed from E. W.
<br />Lovell and wife, Anna Lovell to the City of Paris, dated February 12, 1935,
<br />recorded in Volume 238, Page 621, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the north boundary line of Loop 286 N.E.,
<br />and being the Southwest corner of Lot 2, City Block 322;
<br />THENCE N 20"16'28" E a distance of 116.820 feet to a point for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE N 71 °00'32" E a distance of 637.110 feet to a point for
<br />corner in the north boundary line of said Lot 2;
<br />THENCE S 27 047'12" W a distance of 597.290 feet to a point for
<br />corner in the north boundary line of Loop 286 N.E.;
<br />THENCE with the south boundary line of said Lot 2, N 57 °09'00" W
<br />a distance of 186.703 feet to a point;
<br />THENCE N 68 026'00" W a distance of 102.00 feet to a point;
<br />THENCE N 57 009'00" W a distance of 138.280 feet to the place of
<br />beginning, containing approximately 3.53 acres more or less.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and
<br />singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said PATT SWAIM
<br />and wife, SYDNEY SWAIM , their heirs and assigns forever; and it does hereby bind itself, its
<br />successors and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the
<br />said PATT SWAIM and wife, SYDNEY SWAIM, their heirs and assigns, against every person
<br />whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof, by, through or under
<br />it, but not otherwise.
