Haynes, City Attorney <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS } <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br />875 <br />BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, in and for said County, Texas, on this day <br />personally appeared Eric S. Clifford, Mayor of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, known to me to <br />be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that <br />he executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed and in the capacity <br />therein stated. <br />1998. GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL OF OFFICE, this day of January, <br />Notary Public, State of Texas <br />Resolution No. 98 -012, resolving that the matter of appropriate zoning on Lot <br />21 City Block 322 be, and the same is hereby referred to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its recommendation concerning the <br />proper zoning of the same, and that a public hearing be held by and before the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris at 5:30 P. M. in the City <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, Paris, Texas on the 2nd day of March 1998, and <br />before the City Council March 5, 1998 at 6:00 P. M., City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, Paris, Texas, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Neeley, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem McDonald for approval of the resolution. <br />The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />! ! <br />
