SGS <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />All that certain tract or parcel of land SITUATED in Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of Hickory Avenue with the West <br />Boundary Line of Fitzhugh Avenue, also designated as 9th Street N.E., the same being the Southeast corner <br />of a 12 acre tract of land sold to the Lamar County Fair Association by N. E.
