ry o <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 -025 <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Court Judge of the City of Paris and the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris are disqualified from presiding in the Municipal Court case styled and numbered State of <br />Texas v. Nathaniel Williams, No. PCE 12034 9130 0; and, <br />WHEREAS, Bill Flanary, a duly licensed and practicing attorney in the City of Paris, is <br />available for appointment as Special Judge in said case and justice would be served by his <br />r— appointment; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill <br />Flanary, Esquire, be, and he is hereby, appointed Special Judge in the Municipal Court case styled <br />and numbered State of Texas v. Nathaniel Williams, No. PCE 12034 9130 0. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day 'of March, 1997. <br />Eric S. A motion was made by Councilman Boyd, seconded by <br />Councilman Neeley for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
