10 0016 <br />City Manager Maione presented a report from the Building Hazard Inspection Committee showing <br />61 hazard being recommended to be demolished with the remaining 27 being given various amounts <br />of time to make necessary repairs and abate nuisances. <br />Mayor Clifford declared the public hearing open concerning property determined by the Building <br />Hazard Inspection Committee to be a fire hazard and/or dilapidated or dangerous structure and/or <br />a nuisance. <br />Mike Alexander, Code Enforcement Office for the City of Paris, came forward telling the Council that <br />there were several people in the audience that would like to speak, and requested that these be taken <br />first. <br />Mr. Alexander said that Item No. 5, 1524 East Price, Lot 31, City Block 33 -D should be deleted from <br />the list as repairs have been made. <br />Leonard Davis, 2830 Ballard, was present to speak regarding Item No. 42, 605 3`d Street SE, Lot 23, <br />City Block 142. Mr. Davis advised the Council that the City has this property in his mother's name <br />which was changed in September, deeding it to him. Mr. Davis requested additional time, and he said <br />he may have the property sold. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to allow 90 days for repairs or removal. <br />Item No. 62 - 1933 Pine Bluff, Lot 3, City Block 227 -E - Mr. Ken Coffey, 425 14# NE, appeared <br />before the Council stating that he owns this property, and he was in the process of removing the <br />house from the lot, and requested an extension. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to give Mr. Coffee 90 day for removal of the house. <br />
