000' Item No. 100 - 460 28'h Street NW, Lot 12, Bock 6, Sperry I' Addition. Brenda McIntire was present telling the Council that this building is presently being used for storage, and she needed additional time to remove the material from the building. It was the consensus of the Council to allow 180 days for removal of the building. Item No. 13 - 819 West Cherry, Lot 3 & 25, City Block 52 - Richard Hardison appeared before the Council stating he did not have a problem with the ordinance, but what he had a problem with is with the method of him being singled out by Chief Burgin. Mr. Hardison said he lodged a complaint with the City Manager, and he told him that he was not going to do anything about it. Mayor Clifford assured Mr. Hardison that he would have the City Manager look into this matter, and he would get back to hint City Manager Malone said he would like to correct Mr. Hardison. He did not tell him that he was not going to do anything about this. City Manager Malone advised that he told Mr. Hardison that Mr. Burgin worked for him and he would investigate the situation. Item No. 28 - 7661 Street, NE, Lot 15, City Block 92. Mattie Jones appeared before the Council telling them that her plan is to remodel the house, and requested additional time to accomplish the repairs. It was the consensus of the Council to give 180 additional days to repair or remove the structure. Item No. 21 - 510 & 512 11" Street, N. E., Lot 4, City Block 70. - Vivian Green appeared before the Council telling them that she is going to remove the house, but she needed additional time in order to get this completed. It was the consensus of the Council to give Ms. Green six months to remove the structure. Item No. 104 - 239 Sycamore, Lot 1, Block 3, Texas & Pacific Addition, and Item No. 60 - 2054 East Price, Lot 9, City Block 222 - Tina Burroughs appeared before the Council in behalf of both properties. Ms. Burroughs requested additional time to complete the removal of these structures. It was the consensus of the Council to give 180 days for removal of the structures. Item No 33 - 11413' Street, NW, Lot 3, City Block 97, and Item No. 34 - 1131 3' Street NW, Lot 4, City Block 97 - Loretta Council, Granddaughter of Tom Council who owns both structures appeared before the Council asking for additional time. It was the consensus of the Council to give 180 days for repair or remove the two structures.
