Haynes, City <br />Resolution No. 97 -038, authorizing and directing the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K. Haynes <br />to negotiate on behalf of the City of Paris, with property owners for the placement of casual <br />backstops to be used by youth sports teams for practices on locations that are determined to be <br />appropriate by the Director of Parks and Recreations, was presented.
