This would be the main <br />administrative offices as well as a counseling office for mental health. <br />Mayor Clifford advised Mr. Kammer that what is being required is a <br />total plan for the building along with proof of financing. Mayor <br />Clifford asked Mr. Kammer if the Council gave him 90 days would that <br />allow him time to comply with the recommendation of the Committee. <br />Mr. Kammer said that would be agreeable to that. <br />It was the consensus of the Council to allow Mr. Kammer to have 90 day <br />to submit total plan, and proof of financing, and begin the make the <br />necessary repairs. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Boyd, seconded by Councilman Fulbright <br />authorizing preparation of an ordinance revising Chapter 25, Article 11 <br />of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by adding provisions <br />relating to cross - connection control and backflow prevention devices. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, seconded by Councilwoman McDonald <br />authorizing preparation of an ordinance declaring certain structures to <br />be hazardous and the disposition of the same. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilwoman <br />McDonald authorizing preparation of an ordinance revising Chapter 26, <br />Article II, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to amend <br />provisions relating to the Police Reserve Unit.
