E., and it was
the recommendation of the Committee that 30 days be given to commence
making necessary repairs, with 90 days to complete repairs or demolish
and remove.
Mr. Cooper was present requested 180 days to repair the house.
The Council was in agreement to give 180 days to repair the house.
Mr. Alexander announced that the next item will be No. 55, 264 S. Main
Street, the old Belford Apartments, the recommendation was to give 30
days be given to submit total plan, proof of financing, and begin to
make necessary repairs, or demolish and remove.
Kenneth Kammer was present telling the Council that he does have self
financing to be able to restore the street level and the exterior of
the building.
